Il dispose d'une cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes.
Le bâtiment est situé à côté de Concordia et à 10 minutes à pied de McGill.
Il y a une buanderie dans l'immeuble et il y a 3 grands placards dans l'appartement pour un grand rangement.
