* ONE Driveway car parking per room is available. Second car parking also available for additional 100$ /month.

* Queen Mattress with side table available in each bedroom (Furnished)
* Shared - Hall area, Sofa, Kitchen, Microwave, Fridge, Internet, Washroom, Laundry
* Laundry - use is only on weekends (SAT and SUN for tenants)
* Separate entrance for the basement with monitoring camera for safety
* Guest overnight stays are NOT allowed
* NO Smoking/ Boozing (Children friendly home)
* Should keep the rooms clean
* Should clean the washroom and shared space in alternative week turns with other room tenants
