Hi there, I am a 30-year-old artist, named Nila Cacapit. I have always lived here in Edmonton and love to enjoy the natural scenes of the city preferring the Whyte Avenue or Jasper Avenue, and 124 Street, or Oliver Square locations.



I make music, create art for sales and will soon be returning to school to get some business classes done.



Looking for a basement suite- a bachelor or large studio suite would I prefer.. But could accept requests to see one bedroom for low as $900-$1000.00 max dollars.

Hopefully the living area is situated and furnished.
