Are you looking for a comfortable, friendly, and affordable place to call home? We’re searching for reliable roommates to share a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5 - bathroom house in Guelph. This is an ideal spot for young professionals, students, or anyone who values a balanced lifestyle in a great location.

About the House:
- Location: our house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, grocery stores, cafes, and more.

- Size: The house is generously sized, with a large living room, a modern kitchen, and a dining area that’s perfect for shared meals or entertaining guests.

- Bedrooms: Each of the three bedrooms is spacious, with plenty of natural light. Two rooms are available for rent. Both are unfurnished so you can add your personal touch. One of the rooms is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
- Bathrooms: The house features two and half bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom and one shared between the other two rooms and the half one is in the hall.

Amenities:
- Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven).
- In-house laundry facilities (washer and dryer included).
- Central heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round.
- A large backyard and patio area, perfect for relaxing or hosting BBQs.
- On-street parking is readily available, and there’s some storage space in the basement/garage.

About Us:
- We are two young students in their mid-20s, who enjoy a quiet and clean living environment.
- We value a peaceful, friendly atmosphere and are looking for roommates who are responsible, respectful, and easy-going.
- We’re tidy but not overly strict and appreciate open communication to keep the household running smoothly.

About You:
- Ideal roommates would be professionals or mature students like from masters or phd or graduated, who are respectful of shared spaces and contribute to the upkeep of the home.
- Non-smokers are preferred, and while we love pets, we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate them at this time.
- Someone who is sociable but also respects the need for privacy and downtime.

Rent & Terms:
- Rent for each room is size depending and doesn't include any utilities and Wi-Fi.
- A security deposit of $ CAD 500 is required to secure the room.
- The lease term is for 1 year, with the option to renew if all parties agree.
- Move-in date is 1st September, but we’re flexible for the right person with right reason.
