I am a quiet professional who works from home looking for a roomate (preferably female) to share the space with.

I am offering the private bedroom for rent (unfurnished) it has a private entrance to shared bathroom and 2 mirrored closets. (It is relatively large, it can fit a king-size bed.) More images available that wont upload here.

I sleep on the pullout couch in the living room. I wake up super early for meditation so the living room will always be available to you. I have a 12 year old cat who's very quiet and sleeps all day.

Condo is furnished with kitchen table and chairs. Sofa and coffee table. We will share kitchen, living and laundry.
Internet, utilities included in price. Parking available for an extra fee of $150 per month.

Building has rooftop Gym, Sauna and outdoor open rooftop for lounging or BBQing in the summer months. Building offers Party Room availabile for rent for large gatherings.

Located in North york. Walk 2 mins to bus stop, Metro grocery store, TD and RBC banks, Tim Hortons, Burger King, Swiss Chalet, Burrito, A&W and Popeyes lots of restaurants within 5 min walking distance and 10 min walk to Humber River Hospital.

I am looking for a roomate that is mature and has a relatively quiet lifestyle with no pets and who likes my cat. If you're on a spiritual path and into meditation, reiki, etc..then we have a lot in common!
