I currently reside in Georgetown but have all my family located in London and St Thomas and would like to relocate permanently.

I can afford around $1,400/month and would prefer a place that is all inclusive
If utilities are not included then I would be looking around $1,100-$1,200/month
I am looking for either a 1 or 2 bedroom basement apartment or apartment building. It really doesn’t matter what kind of suite it is as long as it’s clean and safe for my son and I

I work full time from home which makes this move so much easier for us.
I don’t smoke or have pets. My son is 11 and in grade 6
I have fantastic landlord references as I have always been a loyal clean tenant.
I don’t party or go out much, just work and live a quiet healthy peaceful life.

I am looking to move in the new year January 1st/ February 1st preferably as I need time to find my son a school and also get everything organized as well as my current landlord notice.
