One block to campus with powered off street parking. Each suite is private with 2 rooms: a bedroom and a full kitchen. The bathroom is shared and cleaned 1xweek. All utilities are included. Laundry is available. Separate student entrance. One person per suite. Quiet and clean. No strong fragrances. A $200 security deposit is required for booking.

I’ve been renting out my suites for more than a decade. Many students have returned multiple times. Great location for a student needing short term accommodations while attending SaskPolytech.
The rent prices are calculated for students that go home weekends. Staying weekends can be negotiated for an extra charge.
November/December session is completely booked. All the other sessions do have vacancy.
