We will allow ONE cat. Room is not suitable for a dog.

Can come furnished or unfurnished. (bed, dresser, small TV)

Viewings will be arranged after questions are complete and a phone call is had. This is a first come first serve room!!! No holds unless damage deposit is put down.

With that being said the room is perfect for students, working professionals or a couple! Everything is included in the price even wifi. We are in a very quiet neighbourhood and the home is empty for 5 months of the year when I’m at work!

Kitchen & laundry is shared. Private bathroom is included!! Damage deposit of half of the rent. No smoking in the home
