I have two rooms in a townhouse right at the Century Park LRT station for rent. Rooms are on the second floor of the townhouse. There are 3 bedrooms total on the 2nd floor that shares one full bathroom on the same floor. There is another half bath on the main floor to use. Kitchen, dining room, living room on the main floor to share. Laundry in the basement.

With a short cut, the LRT station is just a min walk away, or 3-5 min if you stay on pavement. Location is super convenient to travel to University, Downtown or other places.

Utilities share is estimated to be about $100 a month and is currently included in the $600 monthly rent. But if useage seems unusually high, then it may get increased. Smaller room has a single bed instead of queen size and rent is $550/month.

Looking for tenants who don't smoke, vape or do drugs. no weed. no party. Single Occupancy only. Must be able to clean after yourself and respect others. Share responsiblity of cleaning common areas such as living room, hall ways, shared bathroom on a regular bases in addition to keeping it clean after use.
