A social gathering or a meeting with some friends is welcome. Single female professional is social and likes conversation about any topic and really likes to talk about different topics.

She respects your personal space and time when you need to work and sleep. Shared cleaning with both females and splitting common household items.

Main floor:
A townhouse with full security home system and Lorex door bell. Radiant floor heating and gas stove top and oven for easy cooking and baking. Powder room with full shower stall and vanity area.

A fully furnished living space on main level with matching storage and soft leather sofa to kick up your feet and work on your laptop with Telus High Fiber Internet speed and your coffee. A social gathering or a meeting with some friends is welcome.

A more modern and open layout with over 1100 square feet. Bay window with seating with large front windows to allow for natural sunlight to come in. Freshly planted green grass as our front lawn.
This is picturesque with a San Francisco style as personalized by the Owner. Laptops can connect on fiber speed fast internet in living space.
Kitchen granite island with bar stools for easy eating, drinks, conversation, and cooking.

The modern kitchen includes a double kitchen sink with deep sinks and a water detachment for hot and cold water. A lot of drawers and cabinet space for containers, utensils, and kitchen tools. A couple racks will have a mini oven and storage of cooking utensils to make the cooking area easy to use and functional.

A rack can be used for a take out BBQ chicken and wedge fries. Salads are great in the summer as well.
A plastic cutting board for cutting up fruits and vegetables.

Kuerig coffee maker and K-cups, toilet paper, and paper towels to be split between two professionals.
A spreadsheet will be started by the female professional and shared with you.

A large modern double French door fridgerator and freezer to hold items and bulk frozen items from Costco, Superstore, Walmart. Lots of space for storing vegetables, coke bottles, juice, soya milk, and eggs in the French door fridgerator. There is a “hidden from sight” dishwasher for hot dish cycles and hot dry cycles.

For those dirty clothes, there is a “hidden from sight” clothes washer and dryer behind a white door. It comes with full cycle settings on main level. There is also extra storage room for laundry supplies and umbrellas that is hidden from sight behind a white door.

2nd level:

Dark hardwood flooring takes you from the main level to the 2nd level where an office, bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms await you.

The available space is your own bedroom and bathroom and bathtub on 2nd level. Closet in bedroom will have a bar and wooden hangers for you to hang clothes and purchase your own storage organizer.

Unfurnished bedroom and bathroom for you to personalize with a double mattress and boxspring.
You can personalize your bathroom with your own bathroom rug, toiletries, etc.

Lots of natural sunlight coming into your bedroom.
Private modern blinds to bring down for evening and sleeping. Radiant floor heating throughout main floor and 2nd floor. Comfortable to feet.

Slippers will help with walking up and down the townhome floors. Grab bars available for those mornings where you want to make coffee in your kitchen.

Main level and 2nd level is designed to allow a lot of natural sunlight in.

This is 1100 square feet of common space and personal living space for two female professionals.

Living space on main level will have a double wardrobe unit for you to use on right side for extra shirts, tops, and shorts to hang. Wooden hangers to provide for you to hang clothes. Suitcase storage for 1 suitcase and gym bag within the double wardrobe unit.

Female Software Project Manager will be taking over office room and master bedroom with bathroom on 2nd level. Plan is to work remotely from home.

Private mailbox with locked and key access. Mail will be emptied out by female professional tenant.
Please ensure quiet hours from 8pm – 6am as for different sleeping habits are respected.
