This is an apartment for rent available to students and young professionals. 3/4 bedrooms are currently available for a January 1st move in date.

The apartment is perfectly located for Carleton and Algonquin students, and also will be a short train ride for Uottawa students because of the LRT opening up.

AS OF NOW, there are 3/4 available bedrooms in the apartment, all rooms are similar to each other in square feet, all being large with big windows, and all rooms come with a queen size bed, a dresser and a closet. It will be first come first serve choosing your room.

Utilities are included in the rent, the only thing the tenant pays additional to rent is the wifi bill. The wifi will be split equally amongst all roomates.

The tenant is expected to keep their private room clean and clean up after themselves in the shared common areas.
