Dufferin and Bloor is one of the most trendy and vibrant areas in downtown Toronto. You will find our home in a very convenient location in the city. Dufferin Station for Buses and Subway is only 5 minutes walk from our home.
Shopping Mall, grocery shopping and many restaurants, well-known fast food stores, cafes and shops are only 3-10 minutes walk from our home. This Shopping Mall is the 2nd largest in downtown Toronto featuring more than 140 stores and services, attracting over 10 million shoppers annually. Walmart supercentre inside the Mall is the only one of Walmart in downtown Toronto. A big food court inside the Mall as well.

There is a 5.3-hectare park nearby and within 5 minutes walking distance. The park named Dufferin Grove park on Dufferin Street with large mature forest canopy. The park features a multipurpose sports field, basketball court, picnic area, wading pool, children's playground and reflexology footpath. At the north end of the park is Dufferin Rink with two skating pads. One of the oldest organic farmers' markets in Toronto is at the Northwest Corner of the park. The market opens every Thursday from 3 -7 pm.
