My roommates and I are looking for a roommate to join our lease! The lease runs from January 1st 2025 until July 1st, 2025 (flexible). The room is $740 a month plus utilities (~$60 a month).

Our apartment has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The room comes furnished and has a closet and window. The location is in the heart of Mile End with everything you need in walking distance. The apartment is over a grocery store with Dollarama, Jean Coutu, SAQ, Home Hardware all within walking distance, alongside a bunch of bars and restaurants.

There are three of us living at the apartment (two girls and one guy) and we are all in our mid 20s. One of us is currently a Concordia student, and two of us are working full time. We are all friends and like to spend time together while also having alone time. We are looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and respectful!
