LOCATION: on Davenport road between Dufferin and DoVercourt. Bloorcourt Village @ 1309 Davenport road. DUFFERIN SUBWAY, frequent bus 29 24/7, convenient location in a quiet residential neighbourhood.

The BIRCH ROOM is a cozy quiet and private furnished room on the upper floor of a 2-storey brick residential house (1 flight of stairs). Direct access to the bathroom with bathtub/shower shared with 1 other room only. Laundry room in the basement and washing machine upstairs in the kitchen Kitchen overlooking the CN tower on the south side. Sitting area with a 3 seater couch. Bedding included. Towels if needed. No toiletries provided (toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, laundry soap). Warm and cozy with a large desk/glass table, a large dresser and a cloth rack.

The BIRCH Room has a window facing the other house (no bright sun but enough llight to lit the room well, a queen bed with an memory foam mattress, a work desk, a leather seat and everything you need while you look for your next accommodation or have just arrived in Toronto.

✔ Key-pad lock for early check-in/late check-out (at the entrance door), key and lock at the room

✔SHARED: bathroom, kitchen, laundry and common areas

✔KITCHEN: fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle, electric store and electric oven. Large freezer and fridge (Please label the food with your room name).

✔FREE LAUNDRY in the basement

✔QUIET TIMES: from 11pm til 8am

✔CLEANING: when you move in the room is clean professionally. When you move out, the rooms should be cleaned professionally in the state you found it. If you want to pay a cleaner, the fee is $50 (taken from the $200 deposit returned when you leave). COMMON AREAS: cleaned by management twice a week, including garbage and recycling bag disposal

✔DEPOSIT: $200 to secure the room, refunded when you check out after 1 month.

✔PAYMENT OF MONTHLY FEE: You pay once you have checked in the room. Door code and check-in instructions provided once you pay the deposit to secure the room (interac, cash or TD direct deposit)
