Only 10 min to downtown yet peaceful, great views and walking close, buses/transit, deck w BBQ, fire pit, etc. Ready to move in this week. Only $800 /mo all incl (utilities, wifi, cable, cleaning supplies, furniture). Just bring clothes, groceries and personal effects.
