laundry room has some extra space and a storage cabinet with shelves to keep small tools/stuff.

*Carpet in the picture and room may not look clean, but added to give the idea as the whole place will be cleaned by professionals from property manager.
-Closet has a wooden dresser which can be used if needed, else already on Market place.
