Here is a little background on the house…

I am the owner of the house and since work took me South and I am only in Fort McMurray a couple times per year. Given this I decided to rent out four of the bedrooms. Despite sharing the house with roommates, people have told me over and over that this is one of the best places they have ever rented and typically only leave when something changes with work. The house attracts great people and I ensure each person is a mature professional that respects the home and that I feel comfortable with even as a female. The house is empty pretty much all the time since everyone has busy work schedules, and often travel out of town on their days off. When I did live at the house, I personally found it nice having people to visit with for five minutes here and there in the evenings. There have been some great friendships made over the years and many of us keep in touch. I’ve even had people rent again when they have returned to Fort McMurray after a few years away.

The other three rooms are rented by professional males in their mid-30’s and 40's who work like crazy, often workout when they get home and head out of town on their days off. They are respectful individuals that are not into partying or having guests over.

The house has three bathrooms, a dining room, large kitchen with a pantry and tons of cupboard space, a deep freeze in the garage, a living room with TV in the basement and another large living room on the main level. In addition, each room is equipped with cable hookups and the master bedroom has a large flat screen TV. The house is close to bus stops and there is tons of parking right in front.
