I work out of town and am usually away for 5 days at a time, so the house will be all yours most of the week — private, quiet, and relaxed.

• Shared kitchen, living area, and attached bathroom with the master bedroom.
• Fully furnished
• 2-car parking available on driveway
• Peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood
• No public transportation available from the house (car required)
• No parties allowed as the neighborhood is very quiet.

Utilities:
Tenants pay 70% of utilities (hydro, gas, water).

Lease Term:
6-month lease only(extendable but not guaranteed as i have family coming to visit )— ideal for short-term or temporary stays.

Rent:
$2,500/month
First and last month’s rent required.
