I am looking for somebody who is planning to stay for at least 6 months with possibility of extension, which means serious and real roommate.

Saying that you will need safety deposit $600, which you will get back if and when you move out, and monthly rent ($1200), and the room will be ready for you to move in (as you can see on the picks).
The room is fully furnished so you are set for that. I supply linens.
All you need is your personal towels.
