We will share kitchen and washroom, and we will each have our own bedrooms. You have your own bedroom (which you can lock), and I have mine.

Laundry is in the building and if you need parking it could get complicated. If you are student electric scoter is best thing ever.

Saying that you will need safety deposit $600, which you will get back if and when you move out, and monthly rent ($1200), and the room will be ready for you to move in (as you can see on the picks). The room is fully furnished so you are set for that. I supply linens. All you need is your personal towels.
