Laundry is in the building and if you need parking it could get complicated. If you are student electric scoter is best thing ever.

Cleanliness and tidiness is very important. Not leaving personal items around after you’re done using a common area, kitchen counters wiped after use and left sparkling for the next person, shared household responsibilities (dusting, sweeping, etc.)

Saying that you will need safety deposit $600, which you will get back if and when you move out, and monthly rent ($1200), and the room is ready for you to move in (as you can see on the picks).
