We have a few dojos in GTA:
501 Passmore Avenue, Scarborough
4385 Sheppard Avenue E, Scarborough
85 Curlew Drive, North York, for use by local groups.
It is purposly built for martial arts use, the floor is mats, walls are mirrored, and also waiting/viewing areas.
Space is centrally airconditioned and heated.
The rental rates are $25 to $30/hour peak time and $20 to $25/hr off peak, rates all inclusive and no long term commitment.

Our other dojo in Ajax is still going strong, and we are looking for tenants, again refer to the website for further detail.
The newest dojo, the Oshawa Dojo will be ready mid December 2024.
