It's a room in the basement suite. Separate entrance. Only for a workers or students who is clean, responsible, non smoking, no drugs, no alcohol and you will be sharing kitchen, washroom, laundry with other tenants The rent includes utilities, WI-FI, central AC/Heather.
The house is close to a bus stop (only 2 minutes walk), no frills, shoppers, drugmart, or Chinese supermarket.
