Man's job....Tiny house wanted free accommodation if..

Space on my property needs fixing/massive renovation from person(s,) who knows what they're doing even offering a free accommodation if this can be turned into a tiny house because I'm unable to build things due to the fact that it's a man's job. Must be okay with animals and children, no hunters allowed. This is a short-term rental because it's on winterized it would not be good for the horrible winter we have up here in Muskoka during this mini ice age we're dealing with and polar vortex!
