The room is about 120sqft, is freshly painted, and easily fits a queen bed typical bedroom furniture. Rent includes cable in your room, parking, WiFi, and laundry. Shared bathroom (with shower/tub combo) and spacious kitchen (with stove, dish washer, microwave, and plenty of pantry space). 50/50 monthly electrical bill. While you need to furnish your own room, the rest of the condo is furnished. No need for dishes, towels, etc.

My Mom is a retired, single woman, who generally keeps to herself. She has a small dog and lives a low-key, low stress life. She’s hoping to find a quiet roommate who generally likes to keep to themselves as well.
