Walking distance to Superstore, convenience stores, and steps to the city trail system and busses.

Rent is $750/month 50% of the monthly electric bill damage deposit.

The room is about 120sqft, is freshly painted, and easily fits a queen bed typical bedroom furniture. Rent includes cable hookup in the room (cable included but you need your own cable box), parking, and WiFi. Shared in-suite laundry, bathroom with tub/shower, and spacious kitchen that has a fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of pantry space. The equalized payments on the electric bill are $135/month per person. While you need to furnish your own room, the rest of the condo is furnished. No need for dishes, pots/pans, towels, etc.

You’ll be sharing the condo with a retired single woman (and small dog), who generally keeps to herself and prefers a quiet, low stress home environment. No other pets allowed, unfortunately.
