The room rent includes a fully furnished private bedroom with a 3/4 with a Japanese mattress, WiFi, meals and laundry.

I cooked the food and put it in the fridge and you help yourself to what you want when you want. The kitchen is open 24/7.

An example of food is coffee or tea, eggs and bacon, pasta and meat sauce, sandwiches, steak and potatoes, chicken wings with pizza, salad ,fruit and cookies.

You get one free wash and dry per week and the laundry room is down the hallway.

The room is drug free, smoke free, pet free, alcohol free and there is no parking.

There is one bathroom here and there is never a problem because everyone has their own time that can be changed day to day.
