There is a kitchen that is shared and you can use all my kitchen appliances and serving implements.
There is a large backyard that is mostly a garden, for those with a green thumb. Fire pit and BBQ.
Second floor has a full bathroom, and there is a half bath in the basement.
Big front porch to chill on.
Looking for non alcoholics, and no eia. No late night parties or traffic. Thanks.
