My landlord had asked me to outsource trying to find someone for a two bedroom basement apartment since it would be impacting myself as I'll be moving into the upstairs unit of a bungalow duplex. He's going to be advertising and has been already but thought I would throw the info out here as well for the chance to find someone who may be looking for Sept 1!

Located in the Beacon Hill area the two bedroom is just slightly over $1900 with a large walk in closet in the master bedroom (think two shoe racks, and both walls filled with ample space), the second bedroom is a good size with a closet as well. The main area consists of an open concept kitchen, dining and living room. There's also storage available in the utility room where you'd find the hot water tank, furnace and the like. There is additional storage in the backyard in a locked shed and there is an ample backyard space that would be shared.

Small pets aren't a problem as a previous tenant had rabbits, and the current tenants have cats. I am unsure about dogs.

Utilities (heat, hydro, water) are included. Internet or TV would need to be provided by yourself.

It is also a short walk to the Gloucester Center should you need to use the LRT.

In terms of me, your potential neighbour, I'm fairly quiet and keep to myself but not a recluse.
