Located on Osler Street, 5-minutes-walk to the University of Saskatchewan and 2-minutes-walk to the bus stop on College drive. It is ideal for students or professionals working at the university or the hospital and those will be given preference.

You will be occupying the main floor which is approximately 1100 square feet of living space. The two bedrooms are large. One of them can easily fit two queen size beds. The living room and the two bedrooms have hard wood floors, and the kitchen has vinyl flooring. Tenants can use the single car garage for parking or for storage.

Laundry facilities and central vacuum are shared with the tenants of a self-contained basement suite. Usually, I rent the suite to responsible quiet students (third-year, fourth-year, or graduate students or professionals working at the University or hospital). The suite has separate entrance.

Available May 1, 2026. Showings are by appointments at times permitted by the current tenants.

Tenants must be willing to sign a lease contract with one year commitment, and they must provide positive proof of financial capacity to fulfil their obligations as specified in the contract. A security deposit of one month’s rent is required upon signing the lease.
