Very beautiful 400ft2 studio right in the center of the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve's neighborhood. Here, you're at 2 minutes by foot from Langelier's subway. The studio is rented with all the furniture (pics) and it's located close to all amenities (shops, grocery store, restaurants, drugstore, SAQ, banks, park, bike path...). A perfect place for students, couples, business people or a person alone. It's a non-smoke place.

The studio is having:
- a kitchen
- a dining space- washing/drying machines space
- a bedroom space
- a livingroom space
- a balconyand
- a locker a bike parking in the basement.

It's 1450$ / month with all the fees included (wi-fi internet, electricity, the heat/air conditioner...).****except for a home insurance that you will have to obtain****

Available from April 1rst to May 31th (could enter for the last week of march, payable in proportion to the remaining days of the month).
