I will be outside of Montreal from mid-April until the end of July 2025 and am looking for a responsible and very quiet individual to rent my 434sqft apartment during this time.

It is a beautiful space that is well located in the Plateau area close to all amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, hardware stores etc. Baldwin Park is a 5 minutes walk away and Lafontaine park a 15 minute walk.

There is a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped though there is no microwave. There is also no television.

$1200/month includes everything (utilities, high-speed wifi). A security deposit will be required. No smoking allowed.
