Its an extremely walkable spot, with 3 grocery stores, lcbo, pharmacies and convenience stores within 5-10 min walk. Close to several bus routes. Quick access to the river pathway, beechwood, and Montreal rd.

Ideal roomie is mature ( I'm in my 40s), quiet, works outside the house, loves dogs and crafts. We unfortunately can't accommodate other pets, unless they live in their own enclosures.

The place is on the main floor of a two story walk up. Pay laundry in the basement, storage locker there as well. No parking spot.
