* Upon Receipt of the online rental application we can arrange a physical showing of the remaining units.

* Once you want to apply for one of the remaining units, you must remit a $150 deposit in order for us to hold your unit while we are processing your rental application.

* If you are not approved, the $150 deposit will be refunded to you. However, if you are approved and then you decide to not take the selected unit, this deposit shall be forfeited. The $150 deposit can be sent via email transfer to [email protected]
