Conditions of Tender
1. Interested parties must rely on their own inspection and knowledge
of the property and not on the information contained in this
advertisement or any other representations made by the Vendor.
2. Tenders must be received at or before 9:00 a.m. Wednesday,
November 5, 2025.
3. Each tender must be accompanied by a $ 500.00 deposit cheque
payable to the Rural Municipality of Sifton. Deposits accompanying
unacceptable bids will be refunded.
4. The highest or any tender is not necessarily accepted.
5. Any Tender that has no specific amount will be rejected. The Tender
cannot be an offer to pay an amount in addition to the highest
tender.
6. The purchaser will be responsible for any and all associated
fees/expenses.
7. Construction of a residential home must be completed within 18
months.
