Looking to share accommodations with a mature female in my 2 bedroom townhouse. I am offering a private bedroom, shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry, living room and a basement set up like an additional living room.

Your rental cost would be $750, that includes your rental cost, hydro, heat, water, cable/internet, Netflix, parking and central air (in the summer). Groceries would be an extra cost.

Bedroom is fully furnished with bed, dresser and book case.

I do have 2 cats, so I am unable to take any other animals.

$375 deposit required
