My name is Madison. I'm a 27-year-old single woman currently living in the Highfield area of Dartmouth, NS; I fell on some hard times and came here to a friend's to stay temporarily, however the space is not nearly big enough for the two of us and now that I'm getting back on my feet, the time has come for me to move on!

So I'm hoping to stay in Dartmouth and find a little one-bedroom apartment, or even a studio is totally fine as it will only be me renting and I have no pets. My budget is $1500 max. And that would have to be with all utilities included- I'm assuming in that case, a studio will probably have to do but again, that is fine. I also don't own a vehicle so parking is not an issue for me, however I will need to be located near a bus stop and preferably close to some amenities, at least a gas station/convenience store.

A little more about myself: I am currently looking for work, however I have enough income currently from savings as well as assistance. I am a clean, quiet, respectful and responsible tenant; I can provide references upon request, as well as proof of income, etc. I'm hoping to find something by February 1st *at the latest*.
