Hello I am looking to rent a 2 bedroom decent size bedrooms basement with hopes of a decent size living room in the Toronto area or even Pickering long term hoping to pay 1600-1700 before utilities and 30-40 percent utilities with a parking spot we have to move by October 31. it would be myself a college student my boyfriend working and our toddler . We are hoping for help please we have stable incomes. We are a very quiet peaceful small family who stick to ourselves . We are looking so hard and it’s so hard we’ve looked at atleast 12 or more places in the last almost 3 months looking if anyone has a place to rent for longer term to a quiet little family please contact me .
