I'm going to be fully transparent here. We are a family of five, very clean decent and quite my husband is retired on disability, we have 3 boys and are looking for a 3 or 2 bedroom spacious house or apartment for long term rental where we can settle.

We wanted to move for January but if we find a place earlier that is available December then we can possibly work something out. We don't want to waste our time or anyone else's time but we are very serious about finding a good home to settle in.

Rent plus utilities will never be an issue with us we are a very responsible good family.

For us what is important is that we have a good relationship and understanding with our future landlord.
