I need a very small tiny room, den or space only for 2 nights per week (usually Tuesday-Wednesday & Wednesday-Thursday) for a long term - more than 1 year.
Preferably, in the area of Little Italy and 1 km around it.
I work in IT remotely but still have to visit Ottawa office regularly so I am looking for a place to stay in the city avoiding frequent driving.
I can sleep in any place 40 sq.ft or more if it has enough space for a single mattress, has the door or isolated and suitable for staying there (storage or office room, solarium, basement room, etc.).
I'll bring my own mattress.
Asking $240-270 per month, negotiable.
So, you can have additional income using your small space that usually is not for rent.
