I am currently looking for a person who can sublet my room for the summer.

It will be from May 1 to August 30. It can be shortened as needed. Rent is $737.50 per month plus electricity every two months. In the winter, electricity bill was about $200 per person due to the heater but I believe it won’t be as bad in the summer.

The house is located on Huron Street, where the Halifax Shopping Centre is about 10-15 min by walk.

Number 1 bus stop is within 10 min walk.

There is a park right beside, and can ask the landlord about the car if anybody needs a parking spot.

- Kitchen utensils are all there for you.
- is furnished although bed is a sofa bed and the desk has the glass top so need to be used with caution. You will need your own bedsheets.

You’ll be sharing a house with three roommates (two boys and one girl) they are all international but speak good English and are all nice people.

Preferably girl and a university student since you are asked to share the bathroom with a girl.
I want the person to be respectful of others, organized, and pay the rent on time of course.
