We were fortunate to find our forever home, and are looking to reassign our lease to someone who needs a comfortable place to live. Our current lease ends November 1st, and you will have the option to renew after that.



The Fleming is a brand new secure building located at 221 Sackville Drive, close to bus stops, parks, shopping, and quick access to the highway.



This bright apartment on the second floor has a large balcony, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (the en suite has a walk-in shower), open concept living space, underground parking (up to two spaces), and a gym is currently under construction in the building. If you're interested, the building owners will review your application to determine eligibility. Rent (including one underground parking spot) is $2325. If you're able to move in for June 2nd, the month of June will be complimentary. ( with this savings the rent would basically be $1860/ month for 5 months)
