I’m looking to sublet my room at Parkside Student Residences in downtown Toronto (111 Carlton Street, Toronto - downtown) from as soon as possible to August 20th. The cost is $1490/month rent plus mandatory $930/month food (all you can eat), however that includes all utilities (electricity, water, etc.). There are also lots of amenities in the building that are free to use such as a fitness room, games rooms, study rooms, good security, etc. It’s a single room with a shared living room and bathroom with one other girl.
