PLEASE READ ALL OF THE DETAILS before messaging me. Below are all the details of what I am looking for and what kind of tenant I am.
I am a university educated, middle aged woman looking for a studio apartment for myself and my cat. I can pay 3 months up front for the right place or provide some other payment one-time to secure a long term place.
Basement or lofts are fine and I don't need a full kitchen. I DO prefer a full bathroom and a private space (not shared apartments with roommates.) An ideal apartment will be close to grocery stores and transit. Other than that my needs are are modest and I don't need anything fancy.
My landlord wants to sell the house I live in but the details are not finalized. I can move in Now, or May or later, I have flexibility. I would prefer a year lease and then month to month after that, in a place where there are no plans to sell the house any time soon.
About me: I am a quiet, non-smoking, drug free woman with one cat. I am looking for a quiet apartment or space ( private, non shared preferred). I have never had a problem paying rent or meeting expenses. I have a credit score rated as "very good," which is more than most people can say.
I am disabled but I work part time. In addition to working I have a family trust fund that I can draw income from, so if I ever was unable to work, I am covered. However, it's never been a problem.
I can pay 3 months up front or some other arrangement where I give some extra cash up-front in exchange for a reasonable long term lease. However, I won't just hand 3 months cash over
. I am quiet, spend a lot of time watching history podcasts online and reading. I seldom have guests or music, and no drugs. As a history nerd I might be a bit eccentric, but in a boring way. that might be a good fit for a house full of seniors.
Ideally I am looking for something with grocery stores nearby and decent transit. I am in Vanier now but would consider other areas of Ottawa
Thank you
