Am an international student of the university or regina ,seeking a shared apartment within Regina and of an easy transportation access to school. I intend on moving in on the 31 July, 2024.
Am a very clean person and look after myself, i dont party nor smoke, I would like a roommate welcoming to all nationalities, and friendly.
I would also like if the apartment is furnished.
My budget range is between cad350/490 per month including utilities, WiFi. I don't own a car.
