My dad, 58, is easygoing and friendly, along with a friendly dog named Blue, and he’s hoping to find a respectful roommate to share the space with. The apartment is shared, smoking is allowed, and rent is $795 per month (utilities included). Move-in is available as soon as possible. He is looking for the first and last month’s rent, but can work out arrangements if needed.
