The apartment is in a high-rise condominium with access to amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna, games room, library, and a lovely view to a third level terrace, as well as south and west-facing windows perfect for plant-lovers.
Complying with the condominium rules and regulations is necessary, and it is a smoke-free building.
Located in a very bikeable and walkable area, with multiple grocery stores a short walk or bus ride away. Very accessible by public transit, with bus routes 12,15, 17, and 20 stopping in front of the building, and the 14 and 19 a short walk away. 20 minute bus ride to reach downtown and take the train from Rideau Station.
UOttawa and La Cite are both about 20 mins away using public transit so perfect for any students or young professionals :)
A bit about me, I am a queer sociology student in my early 20s attending Carleton in the fall. I love music, art, writing, and watching sports! I have Celiac disease and am looking for someone who is mindful of gluten in the shared kitchen. Bonus points if you are also gluten-free! Very accommodating to any dietary restrictions or allergens.
