The property is located just off of Hunt Club about a 10 minutes drive and about a 30 minutes bus ride from Carleton University. The room is currently partly furnished. You can bring your own furniture for the room as well. There is a soccer field, baseball field, tennis court, bike path/walking path and the Ottawa Greenboro Library all around the condo building. The building is pet friendly as well! The room also comes with a parking spot, building key and house keys. Planning on have the closet fully finished shortly. The price of the room also includes all utilities and is put in one lump sum. The price can also be negotiated with me to find a mutual agreement. :)
