Hello!

I'm looking for a roommate to share my 4 1/2 near the corner of des Pins and St. Urbain. It's a third floor corner apartment with a lot of natural light, and is equipped with in-unit laundry and dishwasher. The room (pictured) already has a bed frame and a mattress, which can come included if interested. It's just a couple blocks from St. Laurant so tons of food, cool shops (including Segal's), and just a 15 minute walk to McGill. Sherbrooke and St. Laurant metro stations are both less than 10 minutes away!

I'm an environmental engineering grad student at McGill, and I love reading, cooking, and finding new movies to watch. I keep a pretty calm and tidy home and would love to room with another grad student, but of course I'm open to anyone who would enjoy the place. I'm also a somewhat active bluegrass/folk musician, so someone who likes music in the home is a plus!

Rent is $950, not including hydro or WiFi. The lease start date is July 1st, but there is opportunity for an earlier move in date if needed.
