Hi there! I am looking to add a new long-term roommate onto my lease.

It would be for one bedroom (unfurnished) in a two bedroom one bathroom apartment, conveniently close to UNB/STU campus (5 minute walk), with a bus stop right out front.

The lease for you would start January 1st, 2025 and auto-renews in September, 2025.
Rent would be $540 per month, wifi $45 and power varies on the season but usually $45-$55 each. Security deposit is required upon signing the lease.
Coin-operated Laundry is available in the building, and the apartment includes one parking space that I am currently not using, so it’s all yours!
I am a young professional with a full time job, am very quiet and a non-partier.
